SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY TIMES
- FREE US SHIPPING on all orders over $25 (3-6 business days after processing)
- $8.95 flat fee for Standard US Shipping (3-6 business days after processing)
- $35 flat fee for Standard International Shipping (once shipped international transit times may vary by country)
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, UPS,Federal Express. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER; DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by Dominique Bossavy. Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the front of the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
As a safety precaution for our customers, it is our policy to not accept any returns on ink, needles, machines, or tubes. We do understand that things do happen, and in those scenarios we encourage you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For defective products, replacements will be sent out. For items no longer desired, the products must be sent back to us in new and unused condition with all protective seals on, and will be refunded in the form of a store credit only. All issues must be reported within 2 days after shipment arrives and all returns must be made within 10 days of the original invoice date. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to send the item(s) back, and credit will not be given for the original shipping price. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
We offer free shipping on orders totaling over $200 that are shipping inside the United States.
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be cancelled anytime prior to shipping.
Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.
Customer is responsible for additional charges that may occur due to package interception for address changes. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the billing and shipping information after placing an order.
